Aims and Scope

Journal of Korean Biological Nursing Science (JKBNS) is th official journal of Korean Society of Biological Nursing Science. It was launched in 1999. The official title of the journal is "Journal of Korean Biological Nursing Science" and the abbreviated title is "J Korean Biol Nurs Sci". It is published quarterly in February, May, August, and November with articles in Korean with English abstracts or in English.


Authors state that the protocol for the research project has been approved by a suitably constituted Ethics Committee of the institution within which the work was undertaken and that it conforms to the provisions of the Declaration of Helsinki. On occasion, the Editor-in-Chief may request a copy of the approved IRB application from the author. Clinical studies that do not meet the Declaration of Helsinki will not be considered for publication. Animal research studies must state that the work was performed according to National or Institutional Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, and the ethical treatment of all experimental animals must be observed. All investigations on human subjects must include a statement that the subject gave informed consent and patient anonymity should be preserved. Manuscripts that have been already published elsewhere or in this journal should not be published. Authors should declare any financial support or relationships that may pose conflict of interest.
